Summary:
Abria Recovery is seeking a compassionate and qualified Mental Health Professional to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality, individualized care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in case management and discharge planning
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling)
  • License or certification as a mental health professional (e.g., LICSW, LISW, LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LP)
  • Minimum of two years of experience working with people with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a substance-use treatment setting
  • Experience working with people of all ages, cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds
  • Experienced in caring for patients with co-occurring substance use disorders
