We are hiring a dynamic Case Manager Supervisor to join our team at Southern Peaks Regional Treatment Center in Canon City, Colorado. Here, you will help at-risk adolescents BUILD BETTER FUTURES.

Case Manager Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervises, assists with hiring, and evaluates staff performance, develops measurable objectives for necessary improvements and implements appropriate corrective action to staff adhering to human resources policies and utilizing Human Resources when necessary.

· Supervises Behavioral Counselors.

· Coordinates development and implementation of appropriate services according to client and family needs through the utilization of various identified resources.

· Reviews and audits case files and provide supervision on case management activities including reports, client and family services, and individual service plans.

· Supervises client activities and prepare required reports of the behavior and progress of clients. Daily, weekly, and monthly reports are required as well as month end reports, incident and arrest reports as needed.

· Supports client and their families in completing any court ordered conditions.

· Coordinates scheduling with the courts, probation department, schools, employers, job training, recovery programs, counseling, family, or other social service agencies and community programs to meet the client’s individual needs.

· Maintains regular contacts with referral agency staff assigned to each client in order to maintain communication and consistency with client and family treatment to meet contractual/licensing obligations and ensure regulatory compliance with outside referral agencies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and minimum of three (3) years of related experience in the juvenile field; OR
  • Master’s degree in related field and minimum of one (1) year related experience in the juvenile field.
  • Supervisory experience also preferred.
  • At least twenty-one (21) years of age
  • Driver's License
  • Physical exam that includes TB and drug testing.
  • Criminal clearances (State Police, FBI and State Child Abuse Clearances)
  • Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typically used by the department.
