House Manager Job Purpose:

Delight ABOVE's guests by providing warm and memorable service to them throughout their stay. Protect the homeowner’s residence by having all guests adhere to the individual property rules without distracting from the guest's stay. Delight our homeowners by returning their homes to them a little better than you found it

At ABOVE Vacation Residences, we provide the elite short-term rental experience in Austin, TX. Featuring the top luxury real estate properties across Austin, you will be in charge of opening their doors to guest groups from around the world and managing a 5-diamond experience during their short-term stay. Salary: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
