Now hiring for Building Cleaners for governmental clients in Colorado Springs, CO. These positions offer the initial benefits of weekly and electronic pay and accrued sick leave and retirement savings but can go internal to offer a wide range of benefits to include, but not limited to: holiday & vacation pay, health/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings, and much more!
Shift:
- 4:00 am - 12:30 pm Monday - Friday
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 6 mos of cleaning experience (Can be as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper, restaurant cleaning, etc).
- Lift and carry up to 35-75 lbs on a regular basis.
- Stand/walk for an 8-hour shift.
- English proficiency - verbal and written.
- Strong work ethic, possess a "Can Do" attitude, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to shovel snow in the winter months.
- Pass a criminal background check upon hire (Conviction questions? Welcome to call us).
- Able to shovel snow in the winter months.
