Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Previous cleaning experience in a work setting.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs, standing/walking for 8 hours shift, bending, twisting, overhead reaching, kneeling, stooping, pushing pulling, etc -- normal job requirements for cleaning.
- Strong and detailed work ethic.
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Ability to shovel snow in the winter months.
