We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation, scalability, and efficiency of our infrastructure and development processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust DevOps solutions and tools that enhance our software delivery pipelines.

You will

• Design, build, and maintain a scalable and secure infrastructure using technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, CDK, and Cloudflare.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Github Actions to automate software build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Implement and manage monitoring and observability solutions using performance/monitoring tools to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of our systems.
• Perform security assessments and vulnerability scanning.
• Collaborate with software development teams to provide guidance and support in implementing best practices for infrastructure as code, deployment strategies, and continuous integration and delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to infrastructure, database, networking, and software deployments.
• Stay up to date with emerging DevOps trends, tools, and technologies and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or a related role.
• Extensive experience with Git for version control, source code management, continuous integration, and continuous deployment processes.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes and Helm for container orchestration and deployment.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
• Strong experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL and Redis
• Familiarity with Cloudflare for content delivery and DDoS protection.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools.
• Understanding of security best practices and experience with security assessment tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
