While primary to weight loss, this position will support both the weight loss program and the aesthetic program at our medspa.

Position Responsibilities

• Must be experienced in taking patient vitals and charting.
• Must be experienced in giving patient injections.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn medspa software to accurately book, change, confirm and cancel appointments
• Ensure patient demographics are recorded accurately
• Ensure intake paperwork is completed accurately and chart "flow" is organized for a smooth transition from intake to processing to filing
• Assist with answering the phone and supporting the front desk as required
• Maintain a clean, well-organized work area
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment
• With cosmetic aesthetics, prepare patient for injections, when required; process loyalty programs, and support the aesthetic injector as needed
• Develop a knowledge of all medspa treatments
• Solid communicator

Experience/Education

Successful candidates for this position include Certified Nursing Assistants, Medical Assistants, and LPNs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
