We Hire:

Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) willing to make a difference in someone's life by providing companionship, care, and support.

We Need:

InReach needs Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for positions in the Union County area and Cabarrus County to support young male individuals with IDD (Intellectual Development Disabilities)

Each case with different challenge levels and different hour needs. This is a One-on-one Staff need to provide either Respite Services or Community Living and Support Services. See below for location, schedule, and rates.

**All Paid Training**

Schedule Needs and Pay Rate are:

• Saturday's (10am to 4pm) w/ Respite Services at $15.25/hr / location in Waxhaw, NC

What You'll Do:

• Instruction and assistance in home living environments.

• Help individual identify and acquire valued social roles.
• Facilitate community integration.
• Help individual develop healthy social habits.
• Dispense medication and monitoring dosages.
• Transport and accompany individual to and from day programs, work sites, and community activities.

All InReach applicants must have a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a drug screen and background check. One to two years of experience with the I/DD population preferred either professional or personal experience.
