About Wolf River Hospitality Group:

Wolf River Hospitality Group is a locally owned, multi-concept restaurant group with locations in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama. Since its founding in 2013, WRHG has grown from two fast casual pizza locations to a portfolio consisting of 9 Pyro's Fire Fresh Pizza locations, 4 Abner's Famous Chicken Tenders locations, 2 Ice Cream & Coffee concepts (Levee Creamery & Highland Creamery) and 2 Wolf River Brisket locations. Duties & Responsibilities:

* Lead the team in daily operations of the restaurant

* Ensure food is prepared and served to PYRO'S standards and within proper procedures

* Create a "Legendary" guest service experience

* Master restaurant systems (Front and Back of House)

Requirements:

* 2 years of Restaurant Management and Supervisory Experience

* Proficient in the following restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, and preparation of reports.

* Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing personality.

* Pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance.

* Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards.

* Must have good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff and guests.

* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks such as controlling food, beverage and labor cost while maintaining required standards of operation in daily restaurant activities.'
