ABM is Hiring a Handyman Near Cape Canaveral, FL
Full time shift, Monday-Friday 7am-3 : 30pm. Starting pay $20.00. Located in Cape Canaveral FL. Must have reliable transportation.
The employee would be responsible for building furniture, moving furniture, assisting with framing walls, landscaping, cleaning as needed etc.

Basic Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license
Responsibilities :
- Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts
- Handle heavy workload of calls
- Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return
- Manage workload and job scheduling
- Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork
- Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs)
- Communicate effectively and promptly
- Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team
- Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company
- When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups
- Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
