- Tablet-Based Order Taking : Utilize electronic tablets to take patient meal orders, ensuring clear communication and accurate recording of dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Cart Management : Assist in the breakdown and organization of meal carts, ensuring they are adequately stocked and prepared for meal service.
- Beverage Service : Pour and serve beverages, including juice, water, and other prescribed liquids, to patients in a hygienic and courteous manner.
- Stocking and Inventory Control : Regularly check and restock food and beverage supplies in storage areas and kitchenettes, maintaining adequate inventory levels to meet patient needs.
- Tray Collection : Collect used trays and dishes from patient rooms promptly, following infection control and sanitation guidelines.
- Dishwashing : Operate dishwashing equipment and maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Cleaning and Sanitization : Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department.
