ABM is Hiring a Custodian Near Avondale, AZ
We are seeking a motivated, friendly team member who will perform general cleaning duties in designated areas in a school, college, or university environment.
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Pay$14.400 hourly; M-F 3pm-11 : 30pm Verrado High School 20050 W Indian School Rd. Benefit Information ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.

- Cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, etc.
- Responds Immediately to any spills
- Empties trash receptacles and picks up waste around the school
- Services, cleans, and supplies restrooms
- Mixes water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications
- Cleans and vacuums carpeted areas, including application of spot cleaning treatment
- Gathers and empties trash
- Wipes and cleans tabletops, chairs
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), ten-year work history if available
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience
- One year of lead or supervisory experience
- 2 yrs of commercial HVAC experience
