ABM US is Hiring an Utility Technician Near Savannah, GA
Job Functions
- Pick up bagged trash from pre-determined locations on building floors and, using a utility / trash cart / forklift / truck, transport to dumpster / compactor / or other designated location.
- Transportation of trash from a building might require use of company provided vehicle.
- Breakdown and dispose of wood pallets, wood crates, wooden fixtures in proper container and location
- Maintain clean equipment and to wipe down all trash receptacles as needed.
- Perform other duties as designated by Project Manager or Supervisor.
*Job duties may be modified at any time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have valid state driver’s license.
- May be required to obtain a forklift operator license (provided on site by ABM)
- Must be able to read and interpret traffic signs.
- Must have ability to work with other crewmembers and be able to take direction from Supervisor.
- Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties.
- Previous experience preferred but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
- Customer Service Experience
- 1 yr of similar work experience
