Position Summary Details
- Direct guests to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals or flashlights
- Control access into the parking structures and lots by lifting, positioning, and removing cones/signs in order to open, redirect or close parking areas
- Is quick and responsive to provide excellent customer service
- Immediately reports any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Collect and process payments from customers in a fast paced environment
- One year of similar experience preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Customer service experience
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English language
- Must have weekend and evening availability
