SALARY: $75,000-$85,000/yr.

Job Description: 

• Be on-call at the times for emergencies and must be capable of reporting to the facility within one (1) hour
• Serve as the main after hours point-of-contact for Related Management and tenants, inspecting floors regularly to confirm quality standards are met and service issues are promptly resolved.
• Develop and implement staffing schedules that maintain the level of service for the work as specified herein. Including periodic work.
• Continuously monitor employee timekeeping entries, looking for adherence to assigned work schedules and company policy.
• Manage, as well distribute, inventory of equipment, material and supplies in a cost effective and efficient manner
• Arrange for staff substitutions or personally perform work where employee absences could impact timely completion of contracted work.
• Prepare and issue reports as requested. This will include nightly inspections, which cover cleaning and maintenance requirements in restrooms and common areas
• Assisting with base and tenant supply orders, preparing, ordering, and keeping track of monthly stock.
• Train staff on the following:
  • Building and property security protocols at each assigned client location.
  • ABM standard cleaning methods and any non-standard cleaning protocols contracted for specific clients.
  • Ensure cleaning supplies/chemicals are appropriately utilized and properly stored, whether in a standard or green-cleaning environment. 
  • Safe operation of all cleaning equipment (buffers, scrubbers, etc.).
