ABM US is Hiring a Maintenance Helper Near Walton, KY
Days: Monday-Friday
Time: 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: 22.00 Hourly
- Assisting with Maintenance, helping with repairs, ect
Responsibilities
- Assist in repairing and maintaining the premises, including but not limited to minor interior painting and drywall repairs, floor and wall tile repairs, minor barricade preparation, sign maintenance, asphalt and deck repairs, door and lock repairs, fountain maintenance and surface repairs, draining and cleaning fountains, repairing and maintaining play areas, RMU placement and repair, reading and maintaining traffic counters, repair of building furnishings, placement and maintenance of vacant space displays, branding and banners, cart and vehicle maintenance, building storage cages, repairing and maintaining bathroom partitions and amenities, maintain exterior painting, painting and staining outdoor furniture, maintaining interior and exterior décor, cleaning vacant spaces, moving office furniture, cleaning shop, holiday décor preparation, bough and décor installation and takedown, dealing with vertical transportation issues pre-contractor, and attending to spills, breakages and similar events as needed.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
- Customer Service Experience
- 1 yr of similar work experience
