ABM US is Hiring a Lead Custodian Near Goodyear, AZ
- Perform routine cleaning of an assigned facilities including: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and/or waxing floors. Emptying waste baskets, dusting furniture and fixtures, cleaning restrooms; washing sinks, toilets and mirrors, replenishing paper and other supplies in restrooms. Collecting trash from grounds and outdoor areas on the property. Deep cleaning and sanitizing high-traffic areas and high-use surfaces as directed.
- Perform periodic major cleaning. Stripping floors and reapplying wax. Wash walls, baseboards, windows, window sills, desks, doors and windows.
- Maintain adequate supplies. Ensuring adequate cleaning supplies are available. Ensuring paper and other supplies are maintained in restrooms. Notify and work with assigned personnel of supply reorder requirements.
- Participate in minor repair and maintenance work, as assigned and directed. This would include but is not limited to snow removal and sanding, responding to maintenance concerns that come up and communicating with on call as needed.
- Maintain proper boundaries and communications with all staff and clients.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), ten-year work history if available
- Customer Service Experience
- One year of lead or supervisory experience
- 2 yrs of commercial HVAC experience
