ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a lead. The lead must be able to lead and motivate employees to work as a team, be decisive and able to work under demanding operational conditions in a stressful environment. Must be able to work rotating shifts, days off and holidays. Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills. Must possess an in-depth knowledge of native SABRE and/or QIK over SABRE and all facets of Baggage Service.
$22.50 an hour the pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Direct and coordinate operational activities of Baggage Service during tour of duty.
Coordinate with other operational departments.
Respond to customer complaints and compliments, both written and verbal
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Assist agents with technical questions and/or problems.
Resolve problems presented by customers related to policies and procedures.
Monitor and respond to all tracers placed on the “Q” queue and ensure all other queues are monitored Hourly
