Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises any assigned employees for Preventive Maintenance and HVAC Maintenance & Ops. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; motivating employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Master Refrigeration or Operating Engineer
Formal Trade Certifications
Current and Clean Driver’s License
Other Skills and Abilities
Familiarity with all types of HVAC equipment and advanced service and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
Advanced experience for DDC and Pneumatic Controls
Other Qualifications
Formal DDC Training and Troubleshooting Certifications plus
Minimum of 3-5 years experience
