ABM - Pittsburgh is Hiring a Cleaner 6AM-2PM Downtown Near Harrisburg, PA

This position will be directly responsible for performing street cleaning within a (50) city block area. Specific duties will vary upon needs of the client, but will include cleaning tasks described in essential duties.

Essential duties:

Conducting street sidewalk cleaning, utilizing valet brooms, dustpans and utility barrels.

When necessary, cleaner will escort All Terrain Lawn Vacuum, utilizing leaf blowers to direct trash from sidewalk and building fronts, into the gutter for removal by ATLV.

When necessary, removal of graffiti (stickers, posters, etc.) from municipal fixtures.

Removal of vegetation, (weeds and grasses) from the sidewalk.

Beautification of decorative trash receptacles.

Dispersing of ice melt when necessary.

Operation of street cleaning vehicles, (Tennant S-20, ATLV, John Deere Gators).

Operation of street cleaning equipment, (Billy Goat, Pressure washer).
