Position Summary
Supports a building or a facility by performing floor maintenance on designated areas.
Pay Range: $18.89-$19.89
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Schedule: Sunday 4pm-12:30am, Mon-Thurs 6pm-02:30am

Essential Duties
Must be able to do basic floor care tasks including sweeping, wiping, dusting, and mopping. Ability to perform experienced stripping and waxing, auto scrubbing, polishing and buffing procedures. Other tasks to be done but not limited to:
- Providing customer service when needed.
- Carpet care including shampooing and extraction.
- Restroom scrubbing
- Disinfecting
- Trash/Recycling
- Stone care knowledge
- Restroom Cleaning
- Detail cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Additional Duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months of previous floor care experience
- Reliable transportation and willing to drive if necessary
- Ability to take direction from Lead/Supervisor
- Ability to lift to 60lbs
- Ability to work in secure environments
