This will require the right candidate to have:

This will require the right candidate to have:
- A high level of customer service experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Reliable – a record of being on time.
- Train new Custodians.
- Coach and discuss the performance of Custodians.
- Desire to correct customer complaints immediately.
- Must be a Great Ambassador for ABM – communication in a professional manner with Clients and Custodians.
In this fast-paced environment -You need to be able to:
- Perform cleaning routines in an excellent manner.
- Inspect buildings for safety.
- Supervise, inspect, and perform tag work.
- A solid history of safe work practices, following and enforcing company policies.
The right candidate will have:
Commitment to working all scheduled shifts - the ability to coach team members on committing to their shifts.
