ABM Ind. - Education is Hiring a Lead Custodian (FT) Near Nampa, ID
A local school district is looking for a Day Lead School Custodians. ABM is well established and recognized for their commitment to providing only top talent to all clients. You will be leading your team to achieving the highest results possible showing your high potential for Leadership.
You will receive a $1500 Hiring Bonus - $500 after 60 days, $500 after 90 days and $500 after 120 days.
As a High School Day Lead Custodian you will need to have experience as a Lead Custodian, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service!
This will require the right candidate to have:
- A high level of customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Reliable – a record of being on time
- Train new Custodians
- Desire to correct customer complaints immediately
- Must be a Great Ambassador for ABM – communication in a professional manner with Client and Custodians
- Perform Cleaning Routines in an Excellent Manner
- Inspect buildings for safety
- Supervise, inspect, and perform tag work
- Solid history of safe work practices, following and enforcing company policies
The right candidate will have: Ability to lead and coach team members
Experience leading other custodians

Pay:
$18 to $20 per hour
