Must have 2-3 years of previous experience in a work position, volunteer/community role, or educational setting that focuses on serving and helping others. Must have 2-3 years of previous leadership experience. Bring recommendations forward related to quality and process improvements for our employees and those we serve to enhance standard operating. Complete all individual training and development required by local, state, federal and AbleLight policies and procedures.Maintains a strong and collaborative working partnership with all colleagues, leadership, PWS, and parents & guardians with a focus on budget and metrics to positively influence the program, grow residential services and to achieve our balanced scorecard results. Deliver person centered care and services to those we are blessed to serve.Follow established plans created in collaboration with the person we support, parents & guardians, external clinical or local/state representative & providers, internal partners in nursing and quality, and operational leadership.
