Be part of the AbleHearts Rehabilitation multidisciplinary team that will be committed to offering a comprehensive approach to our residents’ care, addressing every aspect of their daily living.

Waterford Estates has a need for PRN Occupational Therapist. The OT will be responsible for assessing the needs of all individuals, carryout a progressive treatment program, record all pertinent information regarding the occupational therapy program, provide consultation to the nursing staff, and participate in utilization review to coordinate total patient plan of care. The ideal Occupational Therapist will share our vision to provide the very best in patient care.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Minimum of Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy and maintain a current licensein our state
• Must be registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc., as designated by the initials O.T.R.
• One full year of experience in an assisted living facility or similar setting is desired
• Ability to relate and motivate patients for productivity
• Able to cooperate with patients, families, peers, healthcare professionals, administrative personnel, students, and other staff
• We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment
