Our Direct Care Aide hourly rate ranges from $16.00-$17.50/hour depending on experience and licensing. As a full time employee, you will accrue paid time off starting day one. Need insurance? This position is also eligible for the Healthcare Worker Bonus.
As a Direct Care Aide, your main duties and responsibilities are as follows:
  • Working with adults with developmental disabilities in a team-oriented group home setting
  • Providing direct care, to include: bathing, toiletry, feeding, dressing, maintaining all aspects of daily living skills, and ensuring our individuals are properly cared for
  • Implementing program plans and goals
  • Participating in activities/outings, and much more
