Job Description

This is a PRN or Part Time opportunity and you set your availability and geography! We do not require our clinicians carry a minimum number of visits each week, nor do we require our PTs to perform Oasis Start of Care.
If you have some availability each week, this is a great opportunity to supplement another job. Alternatively you can build a large caseload if you'd like to be busy! Supervising a PTA is at the discretion of each Physical Therapist on our team.
About Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet patients goals and needs
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
- Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients specific needs
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
- Promote clients healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Active State License for practicing physical therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong charting and documentation skills - We know this comes with time - training is provided!
- Current CPR card holder with a Drivers License, Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
