**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing project teams, coordinating subcontractors, communicating with clients, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the planning and execution of construction projects from initial bid to finish.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Oversee quality control and ensure that all work meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Manage project finances, including budget tracking, cost control, and invoicing.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plan and safety protocols are being followed.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
- Insurance industry experience minimum 3 years.
- Proficient in Xactimate estimating software.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate project teams.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, financial management, and cost control principles.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSL, LEED) are a plus.
