Our Client in Assonet, MA is looking for a 2nd Shift Residential Counselor to become apart of their team

Position details:

The Residential Counselor provides appropriate care and treatment in a therapeutic environment that promotes the physical, emotional and behavioral health of each student and assists them in developing adaptive life skills. Residential counselors work as a part of a collaborative team. They are expected to establish therapeutic rapport with our students as well as open communications and support among co-workers.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma preferred
• Human service experience, particularly with children and/or adolescents is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to read, comprehend and write in standard English
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass CORI/ SORI
• TB test (within two years)

Pay: $17-$18.50 /hr

Schedule: 2nd Shift mon-fri (alternating weekends)
