Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the middle school team for the 2024-2025 school year. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral health services to individuals with autism and related disorders. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children will be essential in developing and implementing effective treatment plans. Hours are approximately 8-3 M-F.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their behavioral health needs

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and goals

- Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors

- Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of treatment progress

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care

- Collect and analyze data to measure treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments

- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records

Experience:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

- Proficient in conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavior interventions

- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
