Position Overview: are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team. The Recruiter will primarily support direct care recruitment for CT programs. They will support the full cycle recruitment process, and work in collaboration with the Talent Coordination, Training, and Recruitment teams to make effective hiring decisions. This is a great entry level opportunity for a candidate looking to start their career in HR!
Responsibilities:
  • Requisition management for all open direct care positions in CT.
  • Sourcing, interviewing and coordinating placement of direct care staff into program areas.
  • Attending of job fairs, outside networking events, and biweekly meetings with program management.
  • Opportunities to create and support strategic recruitment and placement initiatives.
  • Management of agency-wide internship program.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field and 1 year in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with networking, cold calling, and actively recruiting in the community.
  • Strong technology skills are a must.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as in collaboration on a team.
  • Ability to protect privacy and confidentiality with a high level of tact in handling sensitive compensation and personal information.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and written/verbal communication skills is a must.
