Location(s): Danbury, Bethel, Brookfield, New Milford, New Fairfield, Newtown, Prospect, & Ridgefield

Hours: Combination of 1st (Day) and 2nd Shift (Evening)- Weekend availability a requirement

Pay Rate: $ 18.25/ hourly

Responsibilities:

• Administration support - with scheduling, documentation and creation of individualized treatment plans.
• Helping with activities of daily living - these include personal care or cooking, and arranging and transporting residents to appointments.
• Assisting individuals to achieve their goals - providing hands-on support to the individuals based on their preferences and abilities and implementing treatment plans.
• Community integration - integrating individuals with disabilities into the community to participate in work, recreation, leisure, volunteer activities and socialization skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least two (2) years of full time related experience, or a minimum of two (2) years of college with concentration in a related field and one (1) year of full time related experience
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Willingness to learn, no experience needed
