Line Service Technician (LST) are responsible to the Line Service Manager and the General Manager for the performance of assigned duties. The LST primary duties are to provide efficient, personable, and professional service to all Lubbock Aero customers. The LST must be dressed in uniform, neatly groomed and courteous at all times. Job performance guidelines are established by Lubbock Aero to ensure the safety of its employees and to prevent aircraft or property damage. The LST MUST be conscientious and follow these guidelines at all times. The LST represents Lubbock Aero as they are the first and last company employee the customer sees. We are currently seeking reliable applicants for both part time and full-time mornings, evenings including weekends.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

• Marshall, park, and chock all arriving aircraft
• Fueling military, commercial, and general aviation aircraft
• Assist deplaning passengers and crew with luggage and transportation requirements
• Tow aircraft for storage or departure positioning
• When scheduled, wash, wax, clean interior of both company and customer aircraft
• Performs maintenance and cleaning of assigned equipment, vehicles and facilities as required
• Answering phones and running invoices

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• No felonies in the last 10 years
• Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays
• Must be capable of lifting 60 lbs. above shoulder height while standing on a stepladder
• Must be capable of working outside in inclement weather conditions such as rain, snow, ice and extreme heat or cold
• Must be capable of successfully completing the required initial and continuous company training programs required for certification

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED, willing to train right candidate:

• Airfield Operations Occupations: 1 year

SCHEDULE:

• 8 hour shift Overnight 10PM to 6AM
• 8 hour shift (6AM and 2PM start)
• Holidays
• Weekend availability
