Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. You will provide quality care and support to clients in comfort of their own homes.

Position Responsibilities:

- Perform ONLY those functions defined in the care plan to provide safe, competent care and/or service to the client.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Self administration of medication - remind the client to take their medications and help with opening containers for the client.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client's safety at all times
- Help with meal preparation and feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for patients
- Document client care activities accurately and timely.

- Report any change in the client's mental or physical condition and/ or in home situation to supervisor.

- Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

- Must be free from health problems that may be injurious to the client, self and co-workers and must present appropriate proof to substantiate same.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in memory care, assisted living, or home care is preferred
-TB Vaccine -Required
- CPR Certified - Required
- Fingerprint Clearance Card - Required
- Preferably a High School diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with insurance and registration - Required
- Must have completed a minimum of 75 hours of training which included an introduction to personal care service.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
