Responsibilities of a Nurse Supervisor:

• Work closely with the center’s Director of Nursing to facilitate the interdisciplinary team
• Coordinate care for residents and patients in a long-term care and skilled nursing / sub-acute rehab center
• Provide oversight and management of clinical floor staff

Qualifications for a Nurse Supervisor:

• Associates Degree or above in Nursing (ASN) required.
• Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of practice required.
• One (1 ) years nursing experience required.
• Prior Long-Term Care nursing experience or clinical leadership experience from another healthcare setting strongly preferred.
