We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with specialized training and experience in medical aesthetics. As an integral member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care, administer injectable treatments, and contribute to the overall success and growth of our medical spa.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform consultations to assess clients' aesthetic goals and develop personalized treatment plans.

2. Administer injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, sculptra and other cosmetic injections with precision and attention to detail.

3. Ensure compliance with all medical spa protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

4. Provide pre and post-treatment care instructions to clients, including managing expectations and addressing any concerns.

5. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment notes and before-and-after photos.

6. Collaborate with the medical director and other team members to deliver exceptional patient experiences and achieve business objectives.

7. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in medical aesthetics through ongoing training and professional development.

**Qualifications:**

1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in MN.

2. Certification in aesthetic nursing and/or specialized training in injectable treatments.

3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics, preferably in a spa or clinic setting.

4. Proficiency in administering injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and sclerotherapy.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
