Summary

Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator - ICF/ID:

• Ensures ICF/ID resident programs are implemented efficiently on a consistent basis

Qualifications / Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent or demonstrated ability to effectively read, write, and give / follow oral instructions (specific to the English language)
• Experience working with intellectually and physically disabled individuals preferred
• Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable

Additional Information

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day Shift (hours may fluctuate), Flexible Scheduling; up to forty (40) hours/wk

Wage Range*: $18.50/hr-$19.50/hr; Negotiable (DOE)

Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.10/per year, up to ten (10) years
