Summary

Under the supervision of the Charge Nurse

Administers and documents medications

Provides treatments to a specified number of residents within the acceptable time frame

Demonstrates knowledge of medications, actions, dosing, adverse reactions, and contraindications

Assists Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements

Must meet the training and certification qualifications as specified by the Health Facilities Division of the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals and provide verification of certification

Job Type : Part-Time

Shift : 5p-9p, Flexible Scheduling; approx. twenty-five (25) hours / wk

Wage Range : $22.00 / hr-$25.00 / hr, Negotiable (DOE)

Years of Experience Incentive Pay : $0.10 / per year, up to ten (10) years

2nd Shift Differential : $3.00 / hr

Weekend Differential : $2.00 / hr
