We are seeking Assistant Teachers to join our organization! These individuals will help engage children in age appropriate activities for children.

Responsibilities:

· Instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth

· Create a FUN and safe learning environment

· Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents

· Communicate with parents on children's' growth and progress

· Maintain the health and safety of all students

Qualifications:

· HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA

College credit hours with Minimum of 6 semester hours in Child Development or ECE (Preferred qualification)

· Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields

· Classroom management

· Passionate about working with children

· Ability to build rapport with children and parents

· Creativity

· Positive and patient demeanor

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Must be willing to do DCFS Background check

· Ability to work Monday to Friday (7am to 630pm) (schedule fluctuates)
