ABC123 Child Enrichment Center is a small business in Dilworth, MN 56529. We are creative, supportive, rewarding and our goal is to provide care for our littlest minnesotans.

We are looking to fill several Substitute Positions that would be ON-CALL as needed. Can decline call if cannot work. This position would be required to attend all training and professional development (6pm-7pm staff meetings once per month and 2 staff development days/year).

This person would pick up shifts as available via our scheduling app. This position could also take shifts from people who call off. As many or as little hours as you like.

• Infants are 6 weeks-16 months
• Toddlers are 16 mo-3 years
• Pre-K are 3-5 years
• School Age are 5-8 years.

The ideal candidate has at bachelor's degree in early childhood or elementary education, or a Child Development Associate Degree (CDA).

Minnesota requires a minimum 16 semester credits of approved classes taken at an accredited college or university or a Child Development Associate Degree (CDA). At least 2080 hours of experience working with children. As the Lead Teacher, lesson planning, teaching, and supervising other employees is required.

The position requires the applicant pass a federal background check with fingerprints.
