ABC Roofing – a master residential and commercial roofing, siding and gutter company, is looking for a seasoned & knowledgeable Office Manager with “skills” as you will be working in a fast-paced home improvement business.

Responsibilities:

• Supports company operations by maintaining consistent office systems
• Proficient in the use of computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, project scheduling applications, email etc.
• Experience with insurance claims and subsidiary negotiations is a plus.
• Experience with Xactimate is a plus.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other necessary computer software
• Database experience a plus
• A confident Self-Starter with Organizational Skills
• Excellent multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Must be detail-oriented, thorough and accurate
• Ability to work under tight deadline pressure
• Positive, supportive attitude

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent / Associates Degree or College Degree a plus
• Two to three years’ experience in an office setting manager – Home Improvement / Construction
