Responsibilities:

• You will be the 'go-to' person for our CEO supporting a range of cross-functional projects and helping him to manage deliverables.
• Drive implementation of the CEO's key decisions across the organization, ensuring full alignment and accountability.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the DeFi landscape, with the ability to provide insights and strategies to drive growth and innovation.
• Drive the definition of short and long term strategic priorities. Serve as a strategic advisor who can think beyond Reserve operations and stay on top of competitive landscape as well as DeFi market trends.
• Be the human router -- whenever something requires follow-up, we'll need your help to make sure it happens but we'll also need your help to figure out the best way to implement brand-new ideas.
• Come up with other creative ways to make the organization more effective, whether by creating new programs, streamlining operations, hiring, managing more effectively or kick-starting and owning a completely new initiative.
