Job Overview:

Under the general direction of the Billing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring all ABC jobs/services are properly documented and billed accordingly.

Responsibilities:

Ensures all pre-bill documents are received from the assigned job sites promptly

Accurately prepares and collates bills to be mailed or couriered to client sites.

Processes any billing corrections as they arise

Completes credit reference and W9 documents per customer request

Works closely with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure all billed moneys are collected in an accurate and timely manner.

Answers customer questions regarding billing issues.

Processes credit memos as needed.

Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

2-3 years experience with billing

Superior customer service ability and experience in working with clients directly both via email and over the phone

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing focus
