ABC Group Hawaii is Hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (Entry Level - Working with kids) Near Aiea, HI

ABC Group Hawaii is looking for new and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)! You will be playing, teaching, and implementing behavioral therapy in one-on-one sessions with our clients who are diagnosed with autism. We are looking for individuals who fit our culture and share our values; science, family, growth, fun, and selflessness. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position requires the RBT credential. We offer enrollment in our free RBT class to select candidates and provide all on the job training! No previous childcare experience required.

This job is for you, if you are/able to:

  • 18 years of age or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Make a commitment of at least 1 year to our families
  • Available to work Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM.
  • Run, jump, sit on the floor, lift at least 50 lbs., and perform a variety of physical tasks with sufficient speed for extended periods of time
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Consent for a series of background checks
  • Fun, passionate, and have a coachable personality
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Attend our FREE 2-week RBT class that's scheduled to begin on Monday, April 1st.
