Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hygiene Coordinator to join our team. The Hygiene Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the hygiene department and cleanliness of our facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient service, medical receptionist duties, and medical administrative support.
Duties:
- Develop and implement hygiene protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Manage hygiene patients schedule.
- Admin tasks such as answering phone, treatment plan, collect payment, verify insurance.
- Collaborate with other departments to address any hygiene-related concerns or issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hygiene management
Skills:
- Excellent patient service skills
- Be able to work with Open Dental
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in medical scheduling and managing medical records
- Administrative skills to provide support to the medical team
