Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Your primary responsibility will be to create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child.

Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
- Assess the developmental needs of each child and tailor instruction accordingly
- Use various teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles
- Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, and physical education into daily activities
- Promote social skills development through group activities and play
- Monitor and track the progress of each child, documenting observations as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred)
- Knowledge of child welfare and childhood development principles
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
- Strong understanding of curriculum development for preschoolers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
