ABC Behavior Solutions is Hiring a Behavior Technician Near Sunrise, FL

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with behavioral health needs. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

Duties:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients
- Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions
- Assist with the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective treatment outcomes
- Conduct patient assessments and contribute to treatment planning
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Support clients in various settings, including homes, schools, or clinics
- Assist with training and educating caregivers on behavioral strategies

Skills:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a special education or behavioral health setting
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions and implement treatment plans effectively
- Proficient in data collection and analysis
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices
- Understanding of patient care principles and practices
