Abbyson Living is seeking a Graphic & Photo Supervisor with expert experience in Photoshop, illustrator, In design and other Adobe Design suite programs in both print and electronic media. We are looking for someone who has strong conceptual thinking & design skills, can bring graphic ideas to the table as well as take direction well from both written and spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into image editing, layouts, and other designs.

Core Responsibilities

• in-house retouching - includes processing, editing, cropping, and comping while adhering to high-quality image standards.
• Functional communication and collaboration
• in developing graphic design concepts for projects
• and create digital imagery edits and print solutions
• visual renders and design improvements to imagery of products
• collaborate with merchandising team to create solid designs that reflect our company’s culture and goals

Essential Functions

• visual concepts using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our customers using Photo Shop, illustrator and other creative ideas.
• the understanding of company goal for visual effects and produce graphic designs, etc. for furniture project campaigns.
• edit concepts by studying required information and directions.
• and revise photography to ensure accurate product representations, Ecommerce account requirements and meet customer expectations.
• in-house retouching- includes editing, cropping, and processing high quality standard images.
• have initiative skills, effective communications, adaptability and be comfortable with a fast-paced workflow.

Qualifications & Required Experience

• degree required.
• leading the creative development and production of photo and video campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
• years’ experience graphic design within the consumer goods industry required.
• experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, AutoCAD, InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
• industry knowledge in graphic design, web development, product design, layout, logo design, digital illustration, typography, logo design, and page layout.
• have/be comfortable with editing post-production images & background settings.
• mentality that is resourceful in overcoming obstacles and providing creative alternatives.
• verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate to audiences at all levels of the organization.
• managing a project using project management tools and providing ongoing project status updates.
