Qualifications:
- Must have great communication skills and exemplify strong leadership.
- 5 day work week(some Saturdays due to inclement weather)
- Must be able to work well with others and follow instructions.
- Able to manage a 2-5 person crew.
- Must be able to operate maintenance maintenance equipment. Example: 60"-72" riding mowers and walk-behind mowers and small equipment. Pruning shears, chain saw or other
- Able to operate is a bonus
- 2-3 years of experience is a must.
- Ability to complete tasks within the hours provided on the job site.
- Ability to complete work orders daily.
- Must be dependable and follow all rules to comply with industry standards.
- Must have a valid Ohio driver's License.
