If you have a demonstrated background of strong sales, customer service, and leadership and a minimum of 1-year experience in property management then you may be a great fit. . Responsibilities include overseeing company-approved leasing/marketing programs, professional social media postings, and outreach marketing. If you have the skills, experience, and desire to excel, this is a great opportunity! Weekend hours required.

Other duties

• Organize and file appropriate reports, leases, and paperwork.
• Create on-site goal boards, bonuses, and recognition programs, all subject to the supervisor’s approval.
• Participate in the interviewing and hiring of leasing personnel.
• Conduct weekly leasing staff meeting and attend weekly management staff meeting with supervisor and Service Manager.
• Implement corporate out-reach, grassroots outreach, and locator marketing programs.
• Assist supervisor in planning of resident retention and social activities.
• Make or order move-in gifts, promotional items, and property specific signage.
• Responsible for creation of mini-models, merchandised units and office displays.
